19th Annual Chef’s Market- Thursdays May 16- August 1, 2013

The Thursday night Napa Chefs’ Market celebrates its 19th anniversary by returning May 16 and will run through August 1, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. on First Street in Downtown Napa. The Napa Chefs’ Market features two cooking demonstrations each night, at 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., featuring world-renowned chefs, who are also Napa locals. After the demonstration, audience members may enjoy a sample of the food paired with a taste of wine from Downtown Napa tasting rooms. Both are free of charge.

The event is free, family-oriented and open to the public. The event also includes local produce in the Farmers’ Market. The market also includes live entertainment and local vendors featuring the best wines, fresh produce and shopping in Downtown Napa. Chefs’ Market has been voted Best Family Outing by local radio station listeners for years.  Stroll the streets while enjoying a glass of Napa Valley wine, a cold beer or other non-alcoholic beverage. Please leave all pets at home.

Napa Valley Wine Train

The Napa Valley Wine Train provides a relaxing three-hour, thirty-six mile round-trip journey from the historic town of Napa, through one of the world’s most well known wine valleys to the quaint village of St. Helena, and back.

Guests aboard the Wine Train enjoy a freshly prepared lunch or dinner inside a fully restored 1915-1917 Pullman Dining Car or 1952 Vista Dome car as they pass the vineyards and wineries of Napa Valley. They also have the option of pre-purchasing a winery tour.

Mumm Napa Winery Tour

The popular tour of Mumm Napa lasts 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the group and how inquisitive our guests are! Guests gather outside the Wine Shop and head to the demonstration vineyard, into the working winery, then stroll through the Fine Art Photography Galleries.

Four Winery Tours Available Daily:

• 10am:  Complimentary (no tasting included)
• 11am | 1pm | 3pm 

       $25 per guest (over 21) tasting and flute included;
       $10 per guest (under 21) no tasting
During the high season, we recommend you consider the 10am or 11am tour, as the 1pm and 3pm time slots fill up quickly.
