Castello di Amorosa
“Castello di Amorosa, Dario Sattui’s authentically-styled, 121,000 square foot, 13th century Tuscan castle-winery overlooks the Napa Valley from its hillside location in Calistoga. Tour the Castello and taste the hand-crafted, award wining wines. Reminiscent of old world castles, the Castello is complete with 107 rooms; each one different. Deep underground you’ll find the Grand Barrel Room, wine cellars, dungeon and Torture Chamber.”

Schramsberg
Please plan to visit us during your next trip to the Napa Valley. Here at Schramsberg, we offer tastings by appointment only in conjunction with an educational tour through our historical caves. We consider each tour a “special event” – for you and for us! Reservations in advance are necessary. During your “event,” our tour guide will share the rich history of Schramsberg and its 120 year old caves and introduce you to the classic method of producing sparkling wine, followed by a formal tasting of four Schramsberg wines.

Benessere Vineyards
Benessere Vineyards a small family owned winery and each day we taste and tour throughout our Napa Valley estate. Benessere is Italian for ‘well-being’ and our unique country setting will enhance your “well-being” as you taste our Italian and Napa Valley artesian wines. V Sattui

Taste great wine in our wine tasting rooms, enjoy our picnic grounds and check out our Italian marketplace, or book an unforgettable event at the best setting for private events in the Napa Valley! Italian winemaker Vittorio Sattui arrived in San Francisco in 1882 with his new bride, Kattarina, to begin their life in America. Born in Genoa, Vittorio, like his father before him, was by trade a baker from the small hilltown of Carsi. In San Francisco, Vittorio at first worked as a baker, making wine in his spare time, while Kattarina took in washing. Soon the industrious Sattui family had saved enough money to start a boarding house in the Italian colony of North Beach.

Alpha Omega Winery
Alpha Omega is located in legendary Rutherford in the heart of Napa Valley and is one of Napa’s newest boutique wineries. Surrounded by vineyards and mountains, the beauty of this rustic, farm-style winery is as captivating as its wine. There are many options for a unique experience at Alpha Omega. Enjoy an outdoor tasting on the terrace or loggia or enjoy a reserve tasting in one of our private rooms with prior appointment. The Alpha Omega property offers a variety of locations with panoramic views, stunning backdrops, and exceptional vistas. Our tasting room is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm.

Rutherford Grove Winery
Nestled in the heart of the Napa Valley, Rutherford Grove Winery and Vineyards invites you to enjoy our wines, stroll through our gardens, or stay for an afternoon picnic. Conveniently located on Highway 29, we welcome visitors daily from 10am to 4:30pm. Prior appointment for tasting is not required for groups fewer than 8. Our tasting room is open daily from: 10:00am to 4:30pm.

Frogs Leap
Frog’s Leap is home amongst 130 acres of vineyards in Rutherford at the historic Red Barn. This grand and welcoming building was built in 1884 as the Adamson Winery and renovated in 1994 as Frog’s Leap’s permanent home. Using the best of Napa Valley’s organically grown grapes and the most traditional winemaking techniques, Frog’s Leap strives to produce wines that deeply reflect the soils and climate from which they emanate If your in the neighborhood and would like to stop by … skip stones on the frog pond, wander through our heirloom orchard or pick flowers from the garden…we are here to welcome you Monday – Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Mumm Napa
Voted one of America’s Best Tasting Rooms by Wine Enthusiast. You’ll enjoy award winning sparkling wines on the outdoor patio, Tasting Salon or as part of the Mumm Napa Oak Terrace experience, an intimate tasting of winery-exclusive sparkling wine selections paired with artisan cheeses. Visit the Photography Gallery that includes 27 originals by Ansel Adams as well as a rotating Gallery. Open daily 10am to 4:45pm. Tours available at 10am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm daily.

Bell Wine Cellars
Cloaked in quiet, off the beaten track and south of Yountville, stands Bell Wine Cellars. The serene stone winery is surrounded by Hopper Slough and by rows of vineyard in all other directions. We ask that you please call first for an appointment, once you arrive you will understand why. Enjoy a feeling of composure as you walk throughout the grounds and a quiet that allows the wines to speak for themselves.

The Hess Winery
The Hess Collection winery is part of a historic site where wine was first produced in the 1860’s, in a native stone build hewn by masons in 1903. The original stone structure is now joined by The Hess Art Collection, a world-class showcase of contemporary art that captures “two passions under one roof. The winery uses sustainable, environmentally-sound practices with the axiom, “Nurture the land, and return what you take.” That philosophy brings with it a dedication to delivering wines that speak to their natural origins. The Hess Collection offers guests of The Napa Hilton Garden Inn special consideration for tastings, please inquire at the concierge desk for details and directions.

Hagafen Cellars
Hagafen Cellars is located in the Napa Valley, in the heart of California’s premier wine grape region. Less than a mile south of the famed Stags leap District and twenty yards from the Oak Knoll District–Napa’s newest and most exciting of American Viticultural Areas. Since 1980 our wines have been served on numerous occasions at the White House to visiting foreign dignitaries. The cornerstone of our lives are the Silverado Trail winery and tasting room and our two estate vineyards in the eastern benchland of the Napa Valley.

Ceja Winery
Ceja Vineyards is an ultra premium Latino family owned winery in the Napa Valley. It was founded by Amelia, Pedro, Armando and Martha Ceja – Mexican-American immigrants. Their dedication to sustainable agriculture and the gentle handling of the grapes in the cellar can be tasted in every sip of their award winning Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Vino de Casa blends, Bella Flor Dry Rosé and Dulce Beso Late Harvest white wine.

Bouchaine Winery
Bouchaine Vineyards is the oldest continually operated winery in the Carneros region of Napa Valley. Established in 1928 by Italian immigrant Johnny Garetto, and purchased by Gerret and Tatiana Copeland of Wilmington Delaware in 1981 the winery has sustained a long legacy of family ownership. Gerret and Tatiana followed their dream of specializing in their favorite Burgundian varietals, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and have specialized in these varietals for the past 25 years. All vineyard and winery operations are consistent with the sustainable theme. The winery’s beautiful façade is made from recycled redwood from the winery’s original wine tanks.

Delectus Winery
Delectus is a small family-owned winery that handcrafts luxury red wines from select vineyards throughout Napa Valley and Knights Valley. The winery produces 4500 cases annually of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Sirah and Syrah. Delectus wines have received high scores and praise from wine critics and consumers alike. The consistency and quality of the wines is attributed to Gerhard and his legacy as an eighth generation winemaker. A visit to the tasting room in Napa includes barrel tastings in a welcoming and educational environment. The tasting room and winery is one of the most “unique and intimate” wine tasting experiences in Napa Valley.

Rutherford Grill
The Rutherford Grill, located in the heart of Napa Valley (at the crossroads of Hwy 29 and Rutherford Road), is one of our favorite restaurants. Popular with visitors and locals alike — be prepared to wait, especially during peak times.  Great food, terrific ambiance in a FUN, casual, comfortable setting, friendly service and reasonable prices best sums up the Rutherford Grill.

Brix
Brix Restaurant and Gardens in the Napa Valley is truly a wine country classic, pairing contemporary French inspired California cuisine with a comprehensive collection of the valley’s finest wine growers and producers. Brix is designed to take full advantage of its 16 prime Napa Valley acres of gardens and vineyards with spectacular views of the Mayacamas mountains.

French Laundry
The French Laundry is a perennial awardee in the annual Restaurant Magazine list of the Top 50 Restaurants of the World (having been named “Best Restaurant in the World” in 2003 and 2004), and since 2006, it has been awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide to San Francisco. It has also been favorably reviewed by The New York Times and called “the best restaurant in the world, period” by Anthony Bourdain.

Bottega
Bottega is located on the historic Vintage Estates Property, in one of the oldest wineries in Napa Valley, the Groezinger Estate. Bottega showcases Chiarello’s signature bold Italian flavors with a refined twist. Bottega’s menu highlights the bounty of artisanal and house made ingredients, as well as local produce. Bottega is part of the historic Vintage Estates, located in one of the oldest wineries in the Napa Valley, and is open for lunch, dinner, and after dinner.

Redd
Opened in November 2005 in Yountville, in the heart of the Napa Valley, Redd is the first venture from acclaimed Northern California chef Richard Reddington, formerly of Masa’s and Jardiniere in San Francisco, and Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley. Reddington offers an updated interpretation of wine country cuisine with influences from Asia, Europe, and Mexico in a relaxed yet elegant environment.

Bistro Don Gionvanni
Bistro Don Giovanni offers a warm and inviting experience with all the personality of a Mediterranean hideaway. Chef Donna Scala’s rustic fare incorporates local fruits, vegetables, meat and fowl into traditional, fresh Italian dishes with her signature, creative flair. Freshly baked breads, local olive oil, beautiful salads, tasty appetizers and homemade pastas are inspired by the bounty of Napa Valley. Main courses offer an array of regionally sourced and highest quality creations of chicken, steaks, burgers and seafood. The bar features hundreds of Napa Valley and Italian wines as well as a host of signature cocktails.

Fume Bistro
Fume Bistro is a “LOCALS” neighborhood restaurant, nestled north of downtown Napa, off of HY 29. We are an American Bistro with French, Italian and Mediterranean influences. We like to call our food simple, honest and seasonally correct. To accompany the food, we offer an eclectic wine list which is primarily, but not limited to California wines. Like our food, our wine list contains wines from all parts of the globe. Whether you are looking for a nice romantic evening or just a quick bite and an outstanding cocktail at the bar, Fume Bistro accommodates everyone.

Norman Rose Tavern
Downtown Napa’s latest restaurant is a gastropub.  But Norman Rose Tavern is not your stuffy, dark English pub. It’s a modern space with stainless steel touches but with all the warmth of recycled sun-washed wooden beams and doors and tufted leather banquettes. Based in the heart of Downtown Napa in the new Napa Square at First Street and Franklin, the eco-friendly gastropub feels like it was meant for the location, with the dramatic windows and corner patio drawing the neighborhood and travellers inside.

Ristorante Allegria
On Your Next Visit to the Beautiful, Famous Napa Valley, enjoy a cozy luncheon or a candle-lit dinner at a Top Wine Country Restaurant Ristorante Allegria is located in a Historic Bank Landmark, built in 1916, in the heart of downtown Napa. Ristorante Allegria features Italian influenced with California Cuisine and is one of the “locals” favorite. In downtown Napa, Ristorante Allegria is located in an historic landmark, and old bank building, built in 1916, featuring 35 foot ceilings, a breathtaking ambiance, delicious food, superb service and relaxing Italian music.

Cole’s Chop House
Cole’s Chop House is a “Classic American Steak House” located in historic downtown Napa. The menu features 21 day dry-aged prime steaks, Certified Angus Beef, formula fed veal, New Zealand lamb and fresh seafood. An extensive wine list emphasizing Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from the area’s finest producers enhances the dining experience.

Napa Valley Wine Train
